Dubai was taking on the growth at a quicker pace than other emirates, and in realizing that there comes a point where debt kills all forward motion, they have taken a step with foresight backwards. They are choosing to say they realize what they are doing is not going to work forever. They have asked their brothers for help before they reach a breaking point. It is transparency that facilitates capital flow and it appears Dubai's announcement last week was just that. Hopefully the weedend will give the players in the larger capital markets a chance to place this problem in perspective and realize that if the world processed the financial problems of the magnitude seen in 2008, this one can be too.Local Reviews Newshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05017992759443179139noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5019988348369476282.post-69732669590092670412009-11-29T09:18:16.815-08:002009-11-29T09:18:16.815-08:00I agree that Abu Dhabi can very well be the answer...I agree that Abu Dhabi can very well be the answer this "crisis" in Dubai. I do however feel that the response by the worlds markets and the press is overblown. The USA has run up a much higher debt and yet we hear next to no mention of reorganization. I hope everyone calms down, and looks at this bump in the road in a realistic view.Lynnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10656881473127456270noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5019988348369476282.post-60590434049108919002009-11-27T23:21:13.836-08:002009-11-27T23:21:13.836-08:00Interesting perspective Anwer.
